Biography
Sarabeth Rees is the Executive Director of Everstrong, where she focuses on preventing human trafficking and exploitation before it begins. She believes prevention succeeds when it strengthens what people can build together: opportunity, resilience, and choice—rather than centering the work on what must be stopped.
Before Everstrong, Sarabeth built a global career in management consulting, advising Fortune 500 leaders on complex, high-stakes challenges across five continents. Most recently, she served as a Senior Director at PwC.
Sarabeth has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Joyful Heart Foundation and Haven, holds degrees from Duke and Georgetown, certificates from Yale and Erasmus University Rotterdam, and lives in Seattle – where she is curious to a fault, always learning, and rarely bored.
