Biography
As Operations Director at Everstrong, Jill leverages more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience to drive cross-functional internal efficiency. Her oversight of finance, HR, and data systems ensures the organization’s resources are optimized to advance Everstrong’s mission. Jill holds a Master of Education-Professional Development (ME-PD) from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and previously served on the boards of the International Cesarean Awareness Network and Green Lake Crew. Before joining Everstrong, Jill coordinated a $2.8 million capital campaign for the Green Lake Community Boathouse and led development and community engagement at the George Pocock Rowing Foundation.
