StolenYouth is now Everstrong
Our History
For nearly 15 years, StolenYouth has stood on the front lines of the fight against sex trafficking in Seattle. Together, we’ve invested over $6 million in grants to more than a dozen partner organizations, fueling programs that have touched thousands of lives. We’ve also provided emergency aid and career support to more than 400 survivors, meeting urgent needs and opening doors to new futures.
This work was made possible by the vision and dedication of our founders. Their leadership built the foundation we stand on today—a legacy of courage, influence, and care that continues to guide us.
Now, as the movement shifts toward prevention and systems-level change, we are seizing the opportunity to expand our impact. The question before us was clear: How do we honor our history while rising to meet the needs of the future?
Why Everstrong
Everstrong isn’t just a new name. It’s a declaration.
It carries forward the strength of our past—rooted in resilience, belonging, and empowerment—and points to a future where survivors are defined not by what they’ve endured, but by the power they carry.
You were always strong. You will always be strong.
Like StolenYouth, Everstrong merges two simple words into something bigger: a name that feels timeless, determined, and unshakable.
A Bold New Direction
With Everstrong, we’re stepping onto the national stage. Our focus is prevention—and prevention starts with education.
We are building expert-informed resources for schools, equipping young people, educators, administrators, and community leaders with the tools to stop trafficking before it begins.
Our name had to carry this vision—something that nurtures confidence, connection, and courage in every community we reach.
We are Everstrong.
And we invite you to join us in this next chapter: a movement that builds on a powerful legacy and boldly redefines what’s possible.
With gratitude,
Sarabeth Rees
